Position Summary

As Business Development Representative, USA you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and develop sales and drive revenue growth in the US. You will work with existing customers, strategic key accounts and pursue relationships with potential new accounts. The candidate will interact with all organizational levels, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and connect with them to ensure customer satisfaction and promote PHT.

Job Description (general items but does not include all job duties):

• Drive new business expansion opportunities with new and current customers
• Contract Negotiation and Management
• Tactical cross / upselling of the company's business segments
• Report regular summaries of performance to goals completion and plan for the following month
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities to promote the sales pipeline
• Update and meet yearly budgets and forecasting for customer base

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree chemistry (chemical engineer)

Experience Requirements: (trading)

• >3 years track record in a chemical trading space
• Similar customer network to PHT
• Key account management experience is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate in English, both oral and written
• At least an intermediate level on computer skills, with proficiency in Office 365
• Ability to explain technical chemical products in a clear, business-oriented way
